Q1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select your products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment and shipping details.
Q2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at infoviralsale@gmail.com. After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel it as it could already be processed for shipping.

Q3. Do you ship across India?
Yes! We deliver to almost every location in India through our trusted courier partners.
Q4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Q5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Q6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select locations.
Q7. Is online payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Your data is safe with us.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. Please send photos and your order ID to infoviralsale@gmail.com.
Q9. How do I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Q10. Are the products original and good quality?
Yes! All our products go through quality checks before shipping. We only sell new and genuine items.
Q11. What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can subscribe for updates or check back later. We frequently restock popular items.
